I recently hit 1,000 followers on Instagram and it feels great! I find it hard to believe that 1,000 people actually want to keep seeing the things I post on a daily basis but I thought it’s finally time to expand and start actually using this website domain that I have been paying for for about 2 years now!

I started my @NorthFishBigSea Instagram page 2 years ago to use as a place to post pictures of the food I was eating. I used to go out for food way too much and really enjoy looking back at where I’ve been and what I ordered and just wanted to stop bombarding my friends and family with the same kind of photos all the time.

It was about this time last year that I started to actually make a go of my page and put some effort into it and in the last year NorthFishBigSea has grown from about 160 followers to 1,020 followers which I actually cannot believe! This has definitely given me a much-needed distraction throughout Covid and something positive to think about and fill my time in lockdown and I’ve built a great community of people I love watching and getting inspiration from as well as people that actually enjoy watching what I am doing and built some pretty good relationships!

Extremely happy and proud and excited at what is still to come! 🙂
